The Role
– Create and send invoices to clients
– Follow up on payments and billing queries
– Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
– Provide day-to-day administrative support.
– Resolve issues and ensure tasks are completed on time.
– Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems.
– Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
– Strong organisation and multitasking skills
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Confident communication with customers and colleagues
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Proactive, adaptable and problem-solving mindset
Salary
Around £30,000 per annum
