French-Speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant
📍 London, UK | Hybrid
I'm currently supporting a leading specialist management consultancy in their search for a French-speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their London team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and private equity-backed businesses on strategic organisational and operational transformation projects across Europe.
Common responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-impact consulting engagements by:
- Analysing organisational and business challenges
- Working directly with executive leadership teams
- Developing strategic recommendations supported by robust analysis
- Leading project workstreams
- Mentoring junior consultants
- Contributing to the firm’s continued growth and knowledge development

Requirements
- 2–6 years' experience within management or strategy consulting
- Fluent English and French (essential)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and commercial awareness
- Intellectual curiosity
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel across Europe as required
