French Speaking Customer Account Executive
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 DOE + 15% bonus
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 Days in the Office, 2 Days from Home
Our client is looking for a French-speaking Customer Account Executive to join their customer sales and support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and identifying commercial opportunities within an established customer base.
The Role
Working closely with both customers and the wider sales team, you'll act as a key point of contact, ensuring customers receive a first-class service while supporting sales growth across the French market.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service and sales support via phone and email
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the external sales team with account management activities
- Processing orders and ensuring a smooth customer journey
- Identifying upselling opportunities where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate customer records using the CRM system
- Working collaboratively with departments including logistics, finance and customer support
About You
- Fluent in both French and English
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or account management role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with the confidence to identify sales opportunities
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
