– To follow up on orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly
– To advise customers on product suitability
– To complete necessary administration and keep the customer records up to date
– To liaise with Servicing department to schedule installation of product and servicing
– To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement

Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous Experience In Customer Service – Essential
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– IT literate
