Delivery Consultant / Senior Researcher – Executive Search
A well-established international executive search firm, specialised in energy, infrastructure, transportation, and industrial sectors, is seeking to strengthen its delivery capability with a Delivery Consultant / Senior Researcher for a hands-on, high-responsibility role.
About the Role
This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in managing complex retained searches while overseeing 8–10 searches simultaneously in parallel.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of end-to-end execution for retained search mandates, collaborating closely with Partners handling client relationships.
- Market mapping and targeting high-potential talent."
- Candidate outreach, assessment, and qualification.
- Comprehensive management of candidates throughout the full recruitment process.
- Production of high-quality deliverables, including progress updates and written reports.
- Ensuring a smooth, professional, and structured search process from start to finish.

Requirements
- Proven experience in executive search or strong commercial recruitment background.
- Ability to operate autonomously, with firm command of task organisation.
- Capacity to manage pressure, tight deadlines, and multiple priorities effectively.
- Highly professional, reliable, and meticulous with attention to detail.
- Fluent in French (full professional proficiency is a must).
- Applicants must be based in London.
