We are recruiting for a well-established Private Equity firm with multiple locations, including London, Paris and New York.
This position is a fast paced and demanding role looking after 7 reports from MD level to Analyst. Lots of complex travel, ever changing diary management needing strong communication skills, high organisation and patience!
Working with other offices including Paris, French language is needed to a good level.

EA Duties
- Complex diary management
- Highly demanding and complex travel arrangements
- Entry of Company, contact and meeting data in CRM database
- Preparation of expenses claims
- Filing and archiving documentation

Additional Responsibilities
- Assisting other EAs with duties and coverage as and when required
Skills Required
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong command of French and English
