Main duties:

  • To develop and grow export sales by managing relationships with French-speaking clients, winning new business, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

The role:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of French-speaking clients across Europe
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity and customer outreach
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and convert opportunities into orders
  • Coordinate export orders and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales activity, and support occasional overseas travel

The candidate:

  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages
  • Previous B2B sales and account management experience
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and ideally experience preparing and following up quotations
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using CRM systems and committed to delivering excellent customer service while building long-term client relationships

The salary:

around £35,000 depending on experience + Bonus
