Who We Are Looking For
CloserStill Media is looking for a French-speaking Marketing Manager to join the marketing team in the Hammersmith Office in London. The purpose of this role is to help develop and deliver the marketing strategy that promotes our events to delegates and exhibitors. You will be a creative, self-motivated individual who loves working alongside a great team and across the full marketing mix of channels.
The Role
You will work on a fast-growing B2B tech event dedicated to HR and Learning professionals.
- Help deliver audience development plans and ensure marketing communications accurately reflect event positioning and key messaging. Collate and write our outbound reach to customers. Excellent communication and writing skills in French are imperative.
- Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results, ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
- Driving of the creative and design process for marketing materials. This includes briefing, reviewing, and adapting existing assets in line with the marketing strategy and brand guidelines, as well as supporting the creation of new content when needed. You have a solid understanding of design principles, can confidently work with creative tools and know how to assess visual assets, ensure consistency, and provide clear, constructive feedback to designers.
- Work closely with the sales team to create sales campaigns focused on both new client growth and increased client retention. This includes messaging to drive revenue across all products, such as digital, sponsorships, and future revenue opportunities.
- Follow the overall marketing plan and adapt execution based on response rates, attendee demographics, and industry best practices. You’ll be expected to stay agile, spot what’s working (or not), and make smart recommendations to improve performance when relevant.
- Collaborate with partners and sponsors to develop integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies and compelling materials for all revenue streams across live and digital products.
- Oversee and execute community-building and social media strategies that drive engagement, interaction, and brand affinity and could improve the audience experience.
- Manage all planning and execution of the registration process for visitors
- Responsible for the delivery of all delegates, visitor, and attendee revenue generation, plus development of attendee/delegate pricing strategies and reporting.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of key marketing statistics and forecasts.

About You
You’re dynamic, proactive and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where things move fast.
- Experience working as a Marketing Manager in a similar fast-paced environment. Results-driven, with a strong ability to extract insights from campaign data and turn them into actionable improvements.
- Irreproachable written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to understand and execute marketing plans, bringing creative input and ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
- Some experience in team management - you know how to coordinate others, give direction, and help people deliver.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them on time and on budget.
- Strong skills across key systems and tools - including CRM and CMS platforms, social media tools, email marketing and marketing automation software like HubSpot.
- Experience working with the fundamentals of digital marketing and being able to apply digital principles to campaigns effectively.

We particularly want to see evidence of contributing to the development of marketing plans. Experience in marketing events is not a prerequisite, but the candidate must demonstrate extensive project management experience.
