French-Speaking SDR | London | £35,000–£45,000 + Commission

Voice is broken. You're going to help fix it.

Spam calls, scam numbers, AI-driven fraud — they've made people afraid to answer their phones. At Hiya, we're changing that. Our AI voice technology analyses 28+ billion calls every month, protecting 550 million users and partnering with carriers like AT&T, EE, Rogers, and Virgin Media O2 to make voice trusted again.

We're expanding aggressively across Europe. And we're looking for a French-speaking SDR to own our outbound motion in the French market.

What This Role Actually Is

This isn't a volume-dial-and-pray SDR role. You'll own the full prospecting cycle — from identifying the right accounts to running discovery conversations that uncover real business pain around call trust, answer rates, and brand reputation. You'll work closely with Account Executives on territory strategy and you'll have genuine autonomy in how you research, prioritise, and personalise your outreach.

Strong performance here has a clear path forward: Account Executive roles or broader go-to-market functions as Hiya scales across EMEA.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running end-to-end outbound prospecting across the French market, calling first, supported by email and LinkedIn, using intent data and engagement signals to prioritise the right accounts at the right time
  • Conducting discovery conversations that connect business challenges (spam labelling, low answer rates, damaged brand experience) to Hiya’s solutions
  • Executing 50+ daily touchpoints within ICP-aligned accounts and building a healthy pipeline of qualified Stage 1 opportunities
  • Partnering with Account Executives on territory planning and seamless opportunity handoff
  • Maintaining Salesforce hygiene, following MQL processes, and contributing to pipeline forecasting
  • Sharing market insights and testing new messaging — you'll actively shape how Hiya shows up in France, not just execute a script
