We’re looking for a fluent or native French speaker who is experienced in project managing software implementations to join our growing team in the UK.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

The Role
As someone who has experience in helping clients achieve success in managing software implementations from start to finish, you will become a subject matter expert in our software solutions, partnering with clients and leading them to successful implementations.
A team player and experienced in software projects, you believe outstanding collaboration and communication are essential qualities of any successful project. You will partner with internal teams and clients alike to oversee the setup and integration of our software into their business. At any given time you could be implementing multiple projects that can vary in size and complexity across different industries and locations.

You'll be comfortable asking questions, seeking out information, and communicating clearly and openly with everyone involved. You'll keep goals in sight, set priorities, and dive into the details to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise. The role also involves delivering client training and analysing data to support informed decision-making.

You Should Apply If
Fluent or native French speaker At least 2 year’s experience of implementing or supporting B2B, financial or ERP software solutions.* An understanding of general business processes – purchasing, stock management, sales, invoicing. You have the ability to visualise the full scale of a project, and understanding the potential roadblocks. Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry desirable but not essential. You’re data-driven - you tap into the analytics of each task to keep track of delivery times, determine how long something will take, and eliminate bottlenecks. A willingness to travel to customer sites to carry out training and configuration. This could be roughly 1 – 2 nights away per month. An understanding of SQL language (preferred) Right now, we’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in project delivery in a software setting (ideally, B2B, financial or ERP), to help scale our team.
