Who We’re Looking For
Profile Breakdown
- Leaving school or college this summer (aged 18+)
- Entry requirements:
- Completion (or expected completion) of 3 A Levels (or equivalent)
- Personal traits:
- Enthusiastic and motivated – Ready to learn on the job
- Strong interest in food supply chain careers
- Skills & flexibility:
- No prior experience required – Demonstrated energy, commitment, and a willingness to learn
- Logistical requirement:
- Must have (or work towards) a full UK driving licence (essential for attending rural-site placements)
