Join us for an evening of networking and industry insights on scaling healthcare innovation in real-world settings. Healthcare is flooded with innovative ideas, but why do so few make it from pilot to practice? What does innovation implementation actually look like in a real-world setting?
As a Founding Member of Hale House, we as Get Soaked Studio are partnering up with Hale House for their next Hash It Out event on Real-world Innovation implementation. We will be joined during the panel discussion and roundtables by Founding Members UCLPartners, Health Innovation Network South London and Imperial Health College Partners to discuss the toughest challenges in healthcare innovation implementation.
Through panel discussions and innovator-led roundtables, we will hash out the common barriers that stall progress, from procurement to funding and workflow integration, to share practical strategies and considerations for navigating the implementation journey.
What To Expect
- Panel discussions on real-world examples of innovation implementation in the NHS
- Innovator-led roundtables tackling real barriers
- Practical strategies and considerations for navigating the implementation journey

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
