About the Location
Situated in the heart of London, Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge offers unparalleled views and access to the city’s historic and contemporary landscapes. This iconic five-star hotel features:
- 100 rooms (plus numerous residential apartments, including 31 in a FS transient rental program)
- Luxurious amenities, including a stunning destination spa with eight treatment rooms, a hammam, steam, sauna, swimming pool, and a vitality pool
- Meal options: Mei Ume (Chinese/Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all-day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Job Title: Front Desk Intern
Location: Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge Contract type: 6-month fixed term Working hours: 40 hours per week (five days out of seven, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays) Salary: £36,500 annual package (inclusive of base salary and service charge)

Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by:
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth transitions for guests.
- Setting the tone: Providing a warm, professional, and confident first impression to the hotel and its guests.
- Promptly addressing guest inquiries, requests, and feedback to ensure their stay exceeds expectations.
- Contributing to core Front Desk operations, including accurate record-keeping and information management.
- Collaborating with the Front Office team to support smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Helping foster a positive, welcoming environment for every guest who visits.
Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have strong communication skills and build confidence in guest interaction.
- Are a hospitality student or someone passionate about starting a career in luxury hotels.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Can multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure.
- Exhibit a Positive attitude and genuine passion for guest experience.
- Are flexible to work diverse shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
No prior hotel experience necessary – full training will be provided!
