Role Description

- Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, managing reservations, and providing information about the apartments and local area.
- Processing payments, maintaining accurate guest records, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or issues promptly.
- Handling basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and updating booking systems, while maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- This is an on-site role based in Liverpool, requiring a consistent presence at the front desk and occasional support for other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering calls, managing inquiries, and handling check-in/check-out processes.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as data entry, record-keeping, and basic administrative support using reservation or property management systems.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently in a busy front desk environment.
- Basic computer literacy (email, office software, booking platforms) and strong attention to detail in handling payments and documentation.
- Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or front desk roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Reliable time management, flexibility to work shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays), and a professional, welcoming manner.
