Customer Experience Coordinator
Are you a people person who loves creating exceptional customer experiences?
We're looking for a warm, bubbly and friendly Customer Experience Coordinator to become the face of a thriving business community. You'll be the first point of contact for members, visitors and guests, ensuring everyone receives a five-star welcome and outstanding service every day.
This opportunity would suit someone from a hotel, hospitality, guest services, events, reception, airline or premium customer service background who enjoys building relationships and making people feel valued.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and customers
- Creating a positive and engaging customer experience
- Supporting meetings, events and day-to-day operations
- Preparing meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest standards
- Building strong relationships with customers and members
- Handling enquiries and resolving issues with confidence and professionalism
- Maintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the workspace
- Supporting customer onboarding and member engagement activities
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey
