Phoenix Health Hub is a multidisciplinary chiropractic and wellness center serving the Uckfield, East Sussex community. The team of chiropractors and therapists specializes in back, neck, and spinal-related conditions, using accurate diagnosis and multiple treatment approaches to meet individual needs. Services include chiropractic care, massage, physiotherapy, and other health-focused options aimed at helping individuals become healthier and more resilient. The clinic is equipped with onsite digital X-ray facilities for faster, more precise assessments, supporting high-quality patient care. Phoenix Health Hub is an award-winning practice, recognized as Best New Business and highly commended for Business of the Year at the Uckfield Business Awards.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Uckfield at Phoenix Health Hub. The reception will support daily operations by delivering high-quality, patient-centered services, contributing to a positive and professional environment. Responsibilities may include:

- Interacting with patients in person and by phone
- Managing appointments and records
- Supporting clinicians with administrative and practical tasks
- Helping coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Maintaining accurate documentation

- Contributing to continuous improvement in patient experience and clinic efficiency

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, inclusive, and professional support to a diverse patient population.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling records and clinic procedures.
- Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain information, respond to queries, and work effectively with clinical and non-clinical team members.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and practice management systems; willingness to learn clinic-specific software and processes.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer-facing environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Uckfield, contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture with availability to work 2 Saturdays per month and occasional shift cover.
- Relevant education or training in health, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
