We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who’s all about good vibes, great service, and genuine connections. At Goodwood, our guests are more than customers - they’re part of the experience. And so are you.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming guests like old friends - warm, professional, and always personal
- Leading and supporting a team of amazing Hosts during your shift
- Training new team members and helping your crew grow with you
- Solving problems with confidence and kindness
- Making sure everything runs smoothly - from check-in to check-out
- Using hotel systems (like Protel) to keep things seamless

What you'll have:
- You're a people person through and through
- You’ve worked in customer service before (hospitality is a big plus)
- You’ve got team leadership energy - even if it wasn’t your job title yet
- You love learning new tech and tools (hotel booking systems = bonus points)
- You’ve got your own way of getting here - we’re in beautiful countryside (lucky us!)
