Summary: We are seeking a versatile Front End Developer with foundational IT operations experience (0–2 years) to support both digital product development and internal technology infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless performance of our web platforms while also maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of our internal IT systems. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end development skills with practical knowledge of system maintenance, cybersecurity best practices, and end-user support. You will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive, user-friendly interfaces, while also contributing to system diagnostics, software deployment, and technical training. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where technical excellence and operational agility go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive, high-performance web interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to implement pixel-perfect, accessible, and scalable user experiences.
  • Perform system diagnostics to evaluate the functionality, efficiency, and performance of internal IT infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and update company software and hardware in alignment with operational and security standards.
  • Provide timely technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
  • Monitor and manage security certificates, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards to ensure organizational readiness.
  • Assist in the implementation and delivery of cybersecurity awareness training for staff across departments.
  • Forecast and report on IT equipment upgrade or replacement needs to support long-term planning and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in front-end development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
  • Basic understanding of IT operations, including system administration, software deployment, and network fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including data protection, access control, and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues across diverse platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical staff with clear, actionable guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience with web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design is highly valued.
