Front End Software Engineer (React) - West Midlands (Hybrid) £50,000-£60,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

A fast-growing technology business is hiring a Front End Software Engineer to help build and scale modern customer-facing platforms and internal systems.

This is a high-performance, fast-paced environment suited to engineers who enjoy ownership, continuous improvement, and solving complex problems.

The Role

  • Build scalable applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Develop clean, maintainable front-end solutions with API integrations
  • Work in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
  • Contribute to testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions

  • Strong JavaScript, HTML & CSS skills
