Front End Engineer - Up to £150k + Significant Equity
Frontend Engineers
Are you ready to ride the rocket of an AI-native data orchestration platform that's already 100×'d usage and quintupled revenue in the last year?
In a small, elite team, you'll:
- Own high-impact frontend features end-to-end (with opportunities to influence backend when it makes sense)
- Collaborate directly with customers and product folks
- Run rapid UI experiments
- Craft intuitive and performant interfaces that make complex data workflows feel effortless
- Ship multiple times daily
- Help shape culture and strategy in a fiercely user-obsessed, high-velocity environment
You'll tackle real pain points in making data reliability, orchestration, observability, and AI-powered pipelines visible and delightful for lean data teams — building scalable, maintainable UIs that empower users to move fast without friction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
