Front-End Web Developer
We’re looking for a Front-End Web Developer to join our team full time, taking ownership of the technical implementation and maintenance of our client website portfolio. Most of our clients are on WordPress, with a small number on Shopify. You’ll be the person making changes live on client sites so our SEO and delivery teams don’t need direct site access, working across a varied portfolio that includes new website builds, ongoing improvements, and day to day support.
5+ Years Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Implement SEO changes as directed by the SEO team, including internal linking, redirects, and page removals
- Build and maintain WordPress sites using Elementor, including dynamic fields and templates via Advanced Custom Fields
- Run and interpret Screaming Frog crawls to support site audits and technical checks
- Deliver new website projects from build through to launch
- Monitor and maintain a portfolio of client sites on an ongoing basis
- Respond to and resolve support tickets from clients and internal teams
- Manage hosting and cPanel access across the client portfolio
- Provide occasional support on Shopify sites as needed

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
