Pay: £14.20 ph
Join Our Team as a Front Gate House Officer
Front Gate House Officers are responsible to ensure that visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all front of house security areas operates at high quality service at all times.
About The Role
As a Front Gate House Officer you will be responsible for:
- To deliver the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards
- Ensure safe working practices to ensure safety of building, staff and visitors
- To monitor and manage the Winsor Suite car park.
- Maintain regular contact with the doorperson and other member of staff to ensure security is never compromised while Heathrow VIP service level standards are maintained.
- To assist in coordinating the day to day running of the building forecourt, entrance/exits and liaising between VIP, staff and visitors to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
- Ensure gate house is always manned by an appropriate security level trained person.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Work as part of the VIP team to ensure a seamless service

What We Are Looking For
- Valid SG/DS licence is essential
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public.
- An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitors' needs.
