Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Renfrewshire and focuses on front-line sales reception and appointment generation. The Front Line Sales Receptionist/Appointment Generator will greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. - Managing appointment schedules

- Supporting sales activities by capturing leads and booking viewings or consultations
- Handling basic clerical duties such as filing, social media
- Maintaining a professional, welcoming reception area

Collaboration with sales and administrative colleagues is expected to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of clients.
- Proficient phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and managing visitor check-ins.
- Solid clerical skills, such as data entry, filing, maintaining records, and using office software and booking systems.
- Ability to organise and generate appointments, support sales activities, and follow up on leads accurately and promptly.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a front-line environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Basic IT literacy (email, calendars, spreadsheets) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
