Exciting Opportunity: Join the re:lax Front of House Team in Hackney
re:lax is an award-winning, natural, cruelty-free skincare studio in Hackney and London Bridge.
Our waitspace also features our on-site skin store, where we retail natural, high-performance skincare products and facial tools.
Daily Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting our wonderful clients
- Supporting facialists, studio supervisors, and Directors throughout the day where needed
- Answering client queries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Taking payments through a digital till system
- Organising the treatment calendar
- Supporting with admin for our academy courses where required
- Assisting clients with product queries at our on-site skin store
- Listing available appointments on Instagram stories

Ideal Candidate
- One year of similar relevant experience
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Basic numeracy and computing skills
- Thoroughly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role does involve physical elements, including carrying bags of linens between treatment rooms, taking items up two flights of stairs to our academy space, and opening and closing the studio doors.
This is a self-employed role and candidates must be available to work evenings until 7pm and occasional weekends until 4:30pm and have flexibility to work across both of our studios in Hackney and London Bridge.
