We are looking for confident, friendly people to join the Front of House team at our new live immersive, family-focused attraction, Peppa Pig Space Adventure. This is a fixed term role until November 2026.

About the Role

Our Front of House team are responsible for providing our customers with memorable experiences within our new immersive experience. Your duties will include supporting our actors within the FOH Duties of character chaperone, merch, photo, and admissions. You must be confident in dealing with customer queries and queue management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treat every guest as an individual, adapting engagement style to suit families, toddlers, children, and guests of all ages.
  • Proactively approach families to offer help, information, tips, and personalised interactions to elevate their visit.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of all experiences, shows, interactive zones, and retail offerings to confidently answer questions and support guest decision-making.
  • Manage attraction and interactive area queue lines efficiently, maintaining a high-energy, cheerful outlook always.
  • Work across all operational areas daily (admissions, retail, and photo points) and uphold world-class service standards.
  • Encourage participation in photo moments and responsibly upsell relevant experience bundles where appropriate.
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and visual standards to ensure the attraction is “show ready” at all times.

About You

You will be an energetic and reliable person who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. Must be 18+.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles. Previous experience in highly immersive and high-volume experiences desired but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly when engaging young children
  • A positive, guest-first mindset with strong professionalism and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service
  • The ability to think on your feet to resolve issues on the spot
  • Good organisation, managing bookings, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently.
  • Confidence supporting the commercial offerings within the attraction.
  • Cash handling experiences useful but not essential.
