Role Description
The Front of House role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Bromwich. This team member welcomes guests, manages reservations and seating, and ensures a smooth flow of service from arrival to departure.

Daily Responsibilities

- Providing attentive table service support
- Answering menu and venue questions
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff
- Handling payments accurately
The role also involves:
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Addressing guest needs promptly
- Upholding Lucarelli’s standards of hospitality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and interpersonal communication abilities to build rapport with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to deliver concise verbal information and engaging presentations when needed.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a welcoming, positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess reliability in timekeeping, the ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends), and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess teamwork skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, basic numeracy for handling payments, and prior hospitality or restaurant experience is beneficial.
