Location: Sandyford
Reports to: Head nurse & Lead vet
Salary: €29,432
Schedule: Full time 5 days a week. 1:4 Saturdays, 1:13 Sundays
About the Role
As part of our team, you will:
- Greet all clients and patients when they arrive, checking in once they arrive
- Taking payments and end of day cash up
- Schedule appointments
- Managing phone calls and emails
- Managing general administrative tasks and additional tasks as needed
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
About You
- 1-2 years reception experience (veterinary reception experience preferred)
- Be able to work in a busy fast paced environment, in a professional manner.
- Work with the rest of the team with a positive attitude.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Having great time management and organisation skills.
- Maintain the standard of Village Vets at all times.
