Front of House – Dartford Premier Inn
About the Role Come and join our team at Premier Inn Dartford as a Front of House Team Member. As the welcoming face of our hotel, your friendly personality and excellent customer service skills will help guests feel at ease from arrival. Here, you could preparing cocktails, serving meals, or collaborating with housekeeping to ensure every room meets high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and all Front of House operations
- Support guest requests, including room service and dining arrangements
- Contribute to creating a warm, inviting atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping to maintain hotel standards

Role Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hour contracts)
- Hours: 6 hours per week
- Location: Dartford Premier Inn Halcrow Avenue, Dartford DA1 5FX
