Front of House Administrator
Belfast City Centre
MCS Group is seeking a Front of House Administrator for their Belfast City Centre office. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Office Manager and will be supporting office operations, ensuring business runs smoothly.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Greeting clients and candidates
- Answering phones, transferring calls to the relevant consultant
- Responding to emails, answering queries
- Formatting CVs for consultants and using Canva
- Various administration tasks, including bookings and scheduling
The Person
- Previous experience in reception work, front of house or an administration role (min 1 year)
- Strong IT skills, organisational skills and multitasking ability
- Professional and personable with excellent communication skills
- Confident handling client interactions and office systems
