Front of House Ambassador – Creative Agency

£30-31K | Permanent | Central London
Temp to Perm (preferred)

We're looking for a warm, personable and proactive Front of House Ambassador to join the London HQ of a leading global creative and media business.

This is far more than a reception role. You'll be the face of the business, creating an outstanding experience for every client, visitor and colleague while helping the office run smoothly. The team prides itself on finding solutions, being flexible and making people feel genuinely welcome.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional, friendly approach
  • Rotating between two Front of House areas, including reception and administration
  • Managing meeting rooms, visitor bookings and hospitality requests
  • Supporting colleagues across the business with day-to-day workplace needs
  • Building relationships by remembering names, faces and personal preferences
  • Working closely with Workplace and Facilities to deliver a seamless experience

About you

You'll ideally come from corporate reception, five-star hospitality, concierge, luxury retail or another premium customer service environment.

You'll be:
