Front of House & Events Team Leader | London (Piccadilly)
£41,500 | Full Time | Monday–Friday (40 hours)
Anabas is a leading National Facilities Management company, creating exceptional workplace experiences for corporate clients across the UK.
We're looking for an experienced Front of House & Events Team Leader to lead our reception and events team at a prestigious client site in Piccadilly, London. You'll be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, leading by example, and creating memorable guest experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and motivate the Front of House and Events team.
- Ensure exceptional guest and client experiences.
- Oversee reception operations, bookings and communications.
- Develop and maintain Front of House procedures.
- Support and deliver high-quality client events.
- Promote a positive, service-focused team culture.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained.
- Work operationally alongside the team when required.

What we're looking for
- Front of House/Reception experience in a 5-star hospitality or corporate environment.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Working hours
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Flexibility is required to support business needs.
