Be Part Of The Show Behind The Scenes

Do you enjoy working with people? Want to be part of unforgettable live events?

Looking for flexible work in one of London's most iconic entertainment destinations?

At indigo at The O2, no two shifts are the same. One night you could be welcoming guests to a comedy show, the next supporting a sold-out concert or special event.

We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Front of House team and help create great experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

This is a varied role where you'll work across different areas of the venue, including guest welcome, ticket scanning, bars, merchandise sales, cloakroom services, and general event support.

If you enjoy being part of a busy team, meeting new people, and helping events run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcome our guests

    • Create a warm, friendly welcome and help visitors enjoy their experience from the moment they arrive.
    • Provide information, answer questions, and support guests throughout their visit.
  • Support live events

    • Scan tickets, assist with entry, and help guests find their seats and venue facilities.
    • Work with colleagues to keep events running smoothly and safely.
  • Work across different areas of the venue

    • Support our bars, merchandise stands, programme sales, and cloakroom services as required.
    • Process payments accurately and provide excellent customer service at every interaction.
  • Help create a great environment

    • Keep public areas clean, welcoming, and ready for guests.
    • Report any issues and support venue operations before, during, and after events.
  • Be part of the team

    • Work closely with colleagues across Front of House, Bars, Security, and Operations.
    • Attend training and briefings, and be ready to help wherever needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
