About the Role
The Oast House are recruiting a Front of House Assistant!
Here at The Oast House, we’re looking for like-minded individuals passionate about entertaining our guests. Your role includes preparing food with flourish and delivering service with unrivalled showmanship, all while working in our beautiful locations.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll play a vital support role within our restaurant and bar to ensure seamless, smooth, efficient, and safe service delivery. Your responsibilities include:
- Working with pitch, energy, and attention to detail, supporting both floor and bar teams to create exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintaining clean, stocked, and organised sections, keeping operations running efficiently.
- Being the unseen hero—building the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our values: honest, hardworking, fair, and fun.
- Gaining exposure to both food and bar operations, fostering confidence and service awareness.
