The Role
As the face of the business, you'll be responsible for ensuring every visitor receives a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients, investors and visitors, ensuring an exceptional front-of-house experience.
- Managing reception, meeting rooms and visitor schedules.
- Coordinating catering, refreshments and hospitality for meetings and events.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, liaising with suppliers and facilities providers.
- Managing office supplies, deliveries and general workplace administration.
- Assisting with internal events, team socials and employee engagement activities.
- Supporting new starters with onboarding and office setup.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider business as required.
- Maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming workplace at all times.

About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating a positive experience for others and takes pride in delivering an outstanding level of service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Front of House, Corporate Reception, Office Coordinator or Workplace Experience experience.
- Experience within investment, venture capital, private equity, financial services, fintech, professional services or another corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
- A proactive, organised and hands-on approach.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A naturally warm and approachable personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
