Manor London is an independent gym set up and run by a team of former athletes and coaches, we believe in a straightforward, no gimmicks approach to fitness and training. Our brand is built around a core community and a coaching culture, created to empower and educate our members about their bodies, minds and overall wellness.
In addition to our public offerings, we work privately with residential and corporate operators to provide wellness and fitness services, managing 30 locations across the UK and facilitating nearly 500 monthly sessions. Our mission is to positively impact the social, mental, and physical health of 10 million people.

Role Description
This is a Front of House / Community Host position, with the opportunity to work across multiple sites, including the flagship Manor SW1 in Victoria, as well as at our partner sites in Westbourne Park & Holborn. As Front of House / Community Host at Manor, your role is to create a welcoming, organised, and community-focused environment for all members. You play a key part in shaping the member experience, ensuring each person feels at ease and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. You’re not just the first point of contact but also a friendly face that fosters connection and comfort throughout their time at the gym.

Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups.
- Passion for health, fitness, and community-building.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and events.
