We are looking for a professional yet confident Front of House Coordinator to join a highly impressive and well-known Venture Capital firm in Tottenham Court Road. Working in the most stunning offices, you will be the go-to person and ensure the smooth running of the office and reception desk. We are looking for someone who wants to go above and beyond the FOH role to support their highly impressive family-feeling team and be the face of a well-known firm. Key Tasks
- Manage reception, delivering a professional front-of-house experience, welcoming visitors, employees, suppliers, and external partners.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, postal correspondence, deliveries, courier requests and all other office logistics.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure the Front of House area is maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinate and distribute daily lunch provisions.
- Act as the main point of contact for all office-related matters.
- Help arrange client and company events.
Experience and Personality
- 1 - 2 years’ front-of-house experience, ideally gained within financial services or professional services or within yachting, luxury hospitality or another high-end client-facing environment.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to take responsibility and use initiative.
- Professional yet welcoming.
- Reliable and flexible.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
