The Company

Vapiano is a laid-back Italian restaurant, making the ultimate handmade fresh pasta, pizza and insalata in over 130 locations around the world and 6 here in the UK. Our restaurants are like nowhere else; spacious, full of natural light with plenty of seats – think sharing tables and lounge seating. You can sit where you like and stay as long as you want. The laid-back vibes and great music make us one of the places to go and eat. Our service is relaxed, inviting and casual, just like our locations, with orders usually taken by via QR codes at the table, and table service from the team following on from there. We are a growing hospitality company with multiple locations planned to open each year ahead.

The Role

Looking for the most vibey and service-minded people to join our front-of-house floor server front-of-house team. Are you outgoing, positive, energetic, brilliantly hardworking and take real delight in service? If that sounds like you then we should talk!

This role will centre around providing natural, fun, friendly and yet quality service to all guests while ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-stocked at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What’s the job like?

Our front-of-house team are friendly, and social, and can spot a customer with a question a mile away! We have open kitchens so that our chefs and front of house all work as one. And because we believe everyone plays a part in giving our guests a great experience, we distribute our tips equally to everyone on the shift whether you served the food or made it! This means you will get approximately £2 extra per hour in tips no matter the role! As you’d expect evenings and weekends are our busiest times so you’ll likely need to be available to work at those times too!
