Front of House Executive

Farringdon, London
£28,500 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Starting mid-late August

Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating great first impressions and providing excellent customer service? We're looking for a Front of House Executive to join a professional and welcoming workspace in the heart of Farringdon. This is a varied role where you'll be the face of the building, supporting clients and visitors while helping to ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.

This opportunity would suit someone with previous front-of-house, reception, hospitality, retail or customer service experience who enjoys building relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming tenants, visitors and guests
  • Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and day-to-day support
  • Managing reception, post, deliveries and meeting room bookings
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing a five-star customer experience
  • Maintaining high presentation standards across communal areas
  • Coordinating facilities and maintenance requests
  • Supporting client move-ins, move-outs and general administration
  • Keeping systems, records and documentation up to date

Application Process
