About the role...
Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences? Are you eager to get stuck in and go the extra mile? We’re on the lookout for a bubbly, enthusiastic ‘doer’ to join the Facilities team in our state-of-the-art central Manchester office. We are looking for someone proactive, who will jump straight in to provide a best-in-class service to everyone walking through our doors, clients and colleagues alike. Experience with clients is a must – our Manchester office needs an independent thinker, who can confidently thrive on autonomy. If you’re self-motivated with experience of working both independently and as part of a team, then we’d love to hear from you!
About the team…

Helping to put people at ease, drive motivation and engagement whilst having a funky edge. Our Facilities team are vital to the upkeep, running and general day to day that ensure our offices keep ticking to the high standard that our CPer’s and clients expect.
About the day to day…
As a Front of House Facilities Assistant, you’ll know that this is a busy role that will keep you on your toes. You will deal with office maintenance and administrative support to the office. You can expect to:
- Meet and greet and our visitors offering a friendly, helpful client experience
- Take a proactive approach to keeping our office operating smoothly
- Set up and clear down meeting spaces, keeping them looking great
- Order, manage and replenish office supplies
- Keep the office space in tip-top shape - clean, organised, and presented to a high standard
- Coordinate with cleaning services and ensure regular upkeep of communal areas
- Oversee the functionality and maintenance of the office, our equipment and furniture
- Coordinate contractors when maintenance is required, being their onsite contact
- Find cost-effective solutions for office needs without compromising quality
- Support team events and activities by organising materials if needed
- Help to maintain health and safety across the Manchester office
- Support with the management of wider facilities-related projects and initiatives

About you...

- Internet savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Confident working independently
- An ‘ideas person’ - we’re always excited to make sure our building and facilities services stay cool and ahead of the game and would be keen to hear your input!
- Knowing the fundamentals of exceptional customer service
- Eager to get stuck in and go the extra mile
- Nothing will be too much trouble, and you’ll thrive being up on your feet and getting stuck in!
