Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for passionate individuals on a zero-hour contract to support Match Day experiences in our bars and eateries, ensuring:
- Service:
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly, professional manner.
- Address guests’ needs and requests efficiently.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent service by anticipating and meeting guests’ needs.
- Answer questions and resolve concerns in a welcoming way.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Follow food and catering service guidelines.
- Cleanliness:
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchens and dining areas.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A passion for food and/or customer service – ideas should light up when it comes to hospitality.
- Satisfaction in a collaborative, inclusive environment – thrive in teamwork.
- Ability to adapt and solve challenges confidently.
- Previous experience in the food service industry (not mandatory, but helpful).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
