Alongside our world-class padel courts, members and guests will enjoy a premium café, wellness facilities, recovery areas and a welcoming community atmosphere.
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional Front of House & Hospitality Team Member to become one of the first faces of Padel Rebel. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the club across reception, hospitality, the café and our Pro Shop.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll manage bookings and memberships, assist in the café, sell merchandise and padel equipment in the Pro Shop, help coordinate hospitality for events and ensure the club is always presented to the highest standard.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

- Check members in and provide information about the club, facilities and services.
- Answer telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Assist in the café by preparing and serving drinks and food during busy periods.
- Promote and sell merchandise, padel equipment and accessories within the Pro Shop.
- Maintain attractive retail displays and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Restock merchandise, café supplies and operational equipment to ensure stock availability.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
- Support hospitality for coaching sessions, tournaments, corporate events and private bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception, café, Pro Shop and communal areas.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete daily operational checks.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the club operates efficiently and every guest enjoys a premium experience.
- Follow all company policies, operational procedures and health & safety requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
