Be the Face of Our Business
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Front of House Host & Branch Administrator to join our team. This is a key role at the heart of our branch, responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
More than a traditional reception position, this role is focused on delivering a first-class client experience through hospitality, relationship building, and a genuine commitment to helping people find solutions. What You'll Be Doing
Client Experience & Front of House
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, creating a positive experience from arrival.
- Host clients during their visit, offering refreshments and escorting them to meeting rooms.
- Notify colleagues of visitor arrivals and assist with photocopying or document preparation when required.

Reception & Branch Administration
- Ensure reception and client-facing areas remain clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and enquiries professionally.
- Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and readiness.
- Coordinate desk availability across the branch and support office resource planning.
- Ensure reception cover is maintained throughout business hours.
- Open, scan, date-stamp, and distribute incoming post.
- Manage outgoing mail, including franking and postal collections.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities services.
- Liaise with suppliers, including IT, telecoms, printing, and facilities providers.
- Arrange deliveries and courier services.
- Monitor and order stationery and office essentials.
- Archive closed files and maintain accurate records.
- Record initial client enquiries on the case management system.
- Process client payments and liaise with the finance team.
- Support marketing activities by assisting with branch window displays.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- Interested in learning about the services we provide and supporting our clients effectively.
