Role Responsibilities
As Front of House based in Waterloo, you’ll be responsible for:
- Engaging all visitors to the showroom and operating throughout the showroom ensuring every client has an inspirational visit
- Playing host to all visitors to the Waterloo showroom and making refreshments available
- Ensuring all clients are engaged and that they are signposted correctly to ensure their visit is inspiring
- Facilitating all customer enquiries including taking leads and qualifying customers for the sales team when necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Confidence when speaking to and greeting customers
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- A friendly and personable approach
- Attention to detail

Contract Details
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract up to 3 months, Monday to Saturday 09:00-17:30 with day in lieu.
