About the Role

As a Front of House Leader, you’ll be our in-shop champion—coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team while keeping standards and spirits high. This role requires:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a passion for exceptional service.
  • Stepping into the fray when needed (e.g., training on coffee machines or hands-on metrics).
  • Balancing leadership with team motivation—rolling up sleeves when shops get busy.
  • Taking pride in attention to detail, from caffeine steadily interpreted to profit protection.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the shop, keeping customers happy, teams cohesive, and standards alive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading with Purpose: Drive team performance, protect profits, and uphold amazing standards.
  • Coaching & Growth: Empower your team through mentoring and skill development.
  • Shopfloor Leadership: Rolling sleeves up when busy—whether training on barista equipment or balancing the books.
  • Customer Champion: Create a joyful, warm Pret experience for every single customer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
