Full-time (35 hours per week)

The Front of House Leader
Leaders, inspirers, and team drivers, our Front of House Leaders are pret’s in-shop champions – supporting, coaching and mentoring their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of pret’s high standards and energetic workplace culture
- Upholding exceptional customer service to deliver an unforgettable pret experience
- Rolling up sleeves when shops are bustling—from coffee-making to managing numbers and spreadsheets
- Inspire and empower teams with a passion for growth and excellence

Steady Salary & Flexibility
- Hourly rate starts at £15.10 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- £5/hour extra for shifts from 3–5am after training

Interview Journey
