The Role: Front of House Leader
Pret’s front-of-house (FOH) leaders are the behind-the-scenes champions who uphold our high standards, drive team success, and ensure customers leave with smiles. You’ll:
- Lead and inspire: Coach and mentor your team, fostering a positive and productive shop environment.
- Standard protection: Ensure quality control across food, coffee, and customer service excellence.
- Roll up your sleeves: Support sales where needed (from barista duty to handling operations) while maintaining professionalism.
- Profit focus: Play a key part in shop efficiency, often engaging with figures and operational data to maximise performance.
- People first: Embed kindness, fairness, and enthusiasm in your interactions with colleagues and customers.
