Front of House Leader – Full Time (35 Hours/Week)

About the Role

We’re looking for Front of House Leaders—inspiring team champions who:

  • Mentor and coach staff
  • Uphold Pret’s high standards to ensure happy teams and customers
  • Step up during busy periods, helping with coffee machine tasks (with training) or handling operational aspects like finances and schedules
  • Bring passion, kindness, and a genuine connection to work
