About the Role
We’re looking for Front of House Leaders—inspiring team champions who:
- Mentor and coach staff
- Uphold Pret’s high standards to ensure happy teams and customers
- Step up during busy periods, helping with coffee machine tasks (with training) or handling operational aspects like finances and schedules
- Bring passion, kindness, and a genuine connection to work
