About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager with a proven track record of driving high standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As Front of House Manager, you will lead and inspire the Front of House team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay. You will lead with confidence, professionalism, and a strong commercial focus, creating a positive and high-performing environment for both guests and colleagues.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Front of House department, including Reception, Concierge, Lobby, and Nights. You will monitor guest satisfaction, drive departmental performance, and ensure brand standards are consistently achieved.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to motivate and develop your team, building a culture focused on service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Previous experience within a hotel Front of House leadership role is essential, and experience using Opera Cloud would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Front of House department.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and drive departmental performance.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently achieved.
- Lead and inspire the Front of House team.

Requirements
- Previous experience within a hotel Front of House leadership role is essential.
- Experience using Opera Cloud would be advantageous.
Working Conditions
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and flexibility is required to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
