Starting at £32,500/annum + service charge – earn up to £47K+/annum! Full Time- 48 Hours Per Week

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role (2+ years preferred).
  • A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high operational standards.
  • Proficient in managing reservations, floor plans, and service flow during busy shifts.
  • Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues with ease.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, from guest seating to service flow.
  • Take ownership of staff training, scheduling, and development, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Monitor and manage guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure consistency in quality and service standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies.
