Front of House Manager
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager with a proven track record of driving high standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
As Front of House Manager, you will lead and inspire the Front of House team, ensuring every guest receives:
- A warm welcome
- Outstanding service throughout their stay
You will be expected to lead with:
- Confidence
- Professionalism -Strong commercial focus
Your role is crucial in:
- Creating a positive and high-performing environment for both guests and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Front of House department which includes:
- Reception
- Concierge
- Lobby
- Nights
- Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction
- Drive departmental performance
- Ensure brand standards are consistently achieved.
Leadership & Team Development
- Strong communicator who can:
- Motivate teams
- Develop areas for continuous improvement
- Foster a culture rooted in:
- Service excellence
- Teamwork

Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel Front of House leadership role is essential.
- Experience: Knowledge of working with Opera Cloud would be advantageous.
Working Conditions
- Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Flexibility required for:
- Varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at the interview stage.
